A Lovely Hotel Experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Free tea was available throughout the day. I got a welcome basket with treats upon arrival. The balcony had a nice view of lush greenery, despite being in the town center.
The hotel only provided one bath towel per person, not enough.

The location worked out fine I could walk to some places.
The hotel charged me for a broken glass which was a surprise. I stayed four nights and booked two rooms so I thought that was petty. I found that approach unusual too.

i found the provided complimentary snack a nice touch upon arrival to my room. the hotel's laundry service worked perfectly, meeting all my needs. also, the scooter rental service at the hotel provided excellent value and convenience.

the hotel offered a welcome gift and stocked the room well after daily cleaning. towels were provided and i found free snacks, drinks, and an umbrella too. the staff helped extend our stay and upgraded the room. they provided care in every way possible, it was appreciated.
there were not enough loungers around the pool. it made it hard to fully enjoy the poolside.

The location had a superb morning market round the corner. Temples were a short walk from the hotel. I found the staff helpful. They greeted me with freshly made coffee.
The breakfast was not very tasty. The selection was very limited. The room seemed to have no soundproofing at all. The exterior was noisy.

i appreciated the hotel decorations that reached a high standard. all staff members were very friendly and gave me a welcome feeling. the staff were also helpful suggesting local restaurants. i felt great about my time in this place!
the room didn't have ANY soundproofing, so noise was considerable. i noticed that the breakfast was pretty poor. the selection was limited and lacked taste.
